The NASCAR Cup Series returns to EchoPark Speedway this weekend for one of the most unpredictable races on the schedule. Ever since the track was reconfigured with steeper banking and a narrower racing surface, Atlanta has transformed from a traditional intermediate into a drafting track that races unlike anywhere else. While it shares similarities with Daytona and Talladega, the smaller size of the 1.54-mile oval creates a style of racing all its own, where drivers are constantly making aggressive moves and the field rarely gets spread out.
